Statement Condemning the Attack on Shajareh Tayybeh Minab School

With profound sorrow and deep outrage, we condemn the devastating assault on Shajareh Tayybeh Minab School, reportedly carried out by United States and Israeli forces. A school is a sanctuary of knowledge and hope, a place where

children should grow and learn in safety, not one reduced to ruins and grief. An attack on an educational institution is more than the destruction of a building; it is an assault on the future of a nation and on the spirit of children who view education as their path to freedom. When classrooms turn to ashes and desks disappear in dust and smoke, the impact extends far beyond the moment of the blast. It destroys a generation’s sense of hope and intellect. This tragedy once again underscores the absolute necessity of upholding international humanitarian law and the fundamental principle of distinguishing between military and civilian targets. We call for the immediate and safe access of impartial observers and humanitarian organizations to the affected area to document the facts, assess the needs of survivors, and ensure rapid delivery of life‑saving assistance. No obstacle should delay urgent relief efforts for the children and families who have lost loved ones or have been displaced in this catastrophe. An independent, transparent, and international investigation is essential to establish the truth and ensure accountability. The global community must refuse to normalize such violations. Those who order, execute, or support attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure must face justice. Silence in the face of such actions constitutes complicity in denying the value of human life. We urge governments, regional bodies, and international institutions to condemn this attack unequivocally, support humanitarian relief operations, and adopt effective measures to safeguard children, teachers, and educational facilities worldwide. Education must never become a casualty of war; rather, it should be protected and strengthened, especially amid conflict. To the grieving families, we say: you are not alone. Your pain is shared by all who uphold human conscience and dignity. We stand with you in your demand for truth and justice. Your call for accountability, redress, and lasting protection for students and schools will be amplified. Only through truth, accountability, and a renewed commitment to humanitarian values can humanity prevent the recurrence of such tragedies.

 

بیانیه در محکومیت حمله به مدرسه شجره طیبه میناب

با اندوهی عمیق و خشم فراوان، حمله دردناک به مدرسه شجره طیبه میناب را که بنا بر گزارش‌ها توسط نیروهای ایالات متحده و اسرائیل انجام شده است، محکوم می‌کنیم. مدرسه، پناهگاه دانش و امید است؛ جایی که کودکان باید در امنیت رشد کنند و رویاهایشان را پرورش دهند، نه اینکه در میان آوار و ویرانی به سوگ بنشینند. حمله به مکانی آموزشی، تنها تخریب یک ساختمان نیست، بلکه ضربه‌ای است بر آینده یک ملت، بر روح و روان کودکانی که آموزش را راهی برای رهایی می‌دانند. وقتی کلاس‌ها به خاکستر تبدیل می‌شوند و میز و نیمکت‌ها در میان دود و غبار ناپدید می‌گردند، پیامدهای آن فراتر از لحظه انفجار است؛ نسلی از امید و آگاهی نابود می‌شود. این رخداد بار دیگر ضرورت رعایت بی‌قید و شرط قوانین بین‌المللی بشردوستانه و احترام به اصل تفکیک میان اهداف نظامی و غیرنظامی را یادآور می‌شود. ما خواستار آنیم که ناظران بی‌طرف و سازمان‌های بشردوستانه بتوانند هرچه سریع‌تر و با تضمین امنیت کامل وارد منطقه شوند تا واقعیت‌ها را ثبت کرده، نیازهای فوری آسیب‌دیدگان را شناسایی و امدادرسانی لازم را آغاز کنند. هیچ‌گونه مانعی نباید فراروی رسیدگی فوری به کودکان و خانواده‌هایی گذاشته شود که عزیزان خود را در این فاجعه از دست داده‌اند یا بی‌سرپناه شده‌اند. ضرورت دارد که تحقیقات مستقل، شفاف و بین‌المللی برای روشن شدن حقیقت انجام گیرد. جامعه جهانی باید مانع عادی‌سازی چنین جنایاتی شود. کسانی که دستور، اجرا یا حمایت چنین حملاتی را بر عهده دارند، باید در برابر عدالت پاسخگو باشند. سکوت در برابر این اقدامات، همدستی با آنان است که ارزش حیات انسانی را نادیده می‌گیرند.

از دولت‌ها، مجامع منطقه‌ای و نهادهای بین‌المللی می‌خواهیم این حمله را با صراحت محکوم کنند، از کمک‌های بشردوستانه پشتیبانی نمایند و اقداماتی مؤثر برای حفاظت از کودکان، معلمان و فضاهای آموزشی در سراسر جهان به‌کار گیرند. آموزش در زمان جنگ نباید متوقف شود؛ بلکه باید بیشتر از هر زمان دیگر پاسداری گردد. به خانواده‌های داغ‌دیده می‌گوییم: شما تنها نیستید. رنج شما، رنج همه وجدان‌های بیدار است. ما در کنار شما می‌ایستیم و صدای عدالت‌خواهی‌تان را بلندتر می‌کنیم تا حقیقت آشکار و عدالت اجرا شود. فقط با پاسخ‌گویی، التیام و تعهد دوباره به ارزش‌های انسانی می‌توان از تکرار چنین تراژدی‌هایی جلوگیری کرد.
